Ljuds™ wood wool panels are crafted from an eco-friendly and recyclable blend of wood wool, cement, and water. Only logs from sustainably managed forests are chosen. These forests are governed to follow strict sustainable forestry practices. This approach guarantees a renewable wood supply while protecting ecosystems and preserving wildlife habitats.
Once the logs are sourced, they are processed into thin wood slivers. This is done using precision cutting tools that minimize waste. The wood slivers are then dried to reduce moisture content, which ensures they bind effectively with the cement and water in the next step.
